Our Rates & Policies
Our airport greeter service is available for gate greets at Logan Airport for $45. For limo, sedan, or SUV airport service between the hours of 12:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m., please add an additional $15. A fuel charge of 8% may apply to base fare on some services. Our hourly rate begins when the car leaves the garage. The standard hourly rate for sedans is $65 per hour, and an SUV is $85 per hour. Reservations must be canceled 24 hours in advance, and all reservations have to be confirmed by LSI Transportation Corp.
Our point-to-point sedan reservations must be canceled two hours in advance. Cancellations within two hours will be charged the full fare plus a 20% service charge. In the event that LSI Transportation Corp. is unable to provide one of its employee drivers for your ride, we may contract with a qualified affiliated company to provide the service.
A referral fee will be charged in lieu of a service charge. In such instances, LSI Transportation Corp. will strive to ensure that the driver receives appropriate compensation for providing the service. If you have any questions regarding this policy, please contact the chauffeur. Rides are billed to the customer’s credit card, and fractions of an hour are rounded to the next half-hour.

SERVICE CHARGES
A 20% service charge based on the fare, stop time, and wait time will be itemized on the invoice statement. There’s a 20% service charge on limousines and buses. The following out-of-pocket charges will be itemized on the invoice statement:• Two-Way Tolls • Parking • Airport Fees • Other out-of-Pocket Charges (May Include Cell Phone Usage)
WAIT TIME
For all point-to-point reservations, the wait time will be charged at $6 per five-minute increment once the grace period has elapsed. Our grace period is defined as five minutes beyond the scheduled pickup time. A 30-minute grace period is allowed following the reported domestic flight arrival time, and a 60-minute grace period is allowed following the reported international flight arrival time. Bus schedules cannot be monitored. Therefore, billings begin at the scheduled pickup time.
NO-SHOW FEES
A no-show fee equal to the trip plus service fee plus applicable wait time will be charged when the passenger fails to show at the designated location. If you cannot locate your driver, call us to avoid a no-show fee.

A $ 35-holiday surcharge will be charged on all trips occurring on
• Fourth of July
• Labor Day
• Thanksgiving Day
• Christmas
• Easter Sunday
• Presidents Day
• New Year’s Day.
EVENT SERVICES
All event service vehicle types, including limousines, minibusses, motor coaches, and black cars, will be billed at the prevailing LSI Transportation Corp. hourly rate. Customers are billed from the time that person or vehicles leave our facility until the time they return to the LSI Transportation Corp. facility. All reservations that are billed on an hourly basis will be billed a minimum of 30 minutes travel time each way plus the time the passenger is in the vehicle. Fractions of an hour are rounded to the next half hour.
